Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final once opened or used unless a verified defect is confirmed upon assessment.

If a product arrives damaged or non-functional upon first use, please notify us within 3 days of delivery or purchase.

• Photo documentation is required
• The product must be returned or brought in for assessment
• If a verified defect is found, a replacement or resolution will be offered at our discretion

Packaging concerns reported after a product has been opened or used do not qualify for a full replacement if the formula itself remains safe and usable.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• minor leaking or pressure-related overflow
• cosmetic packaging issues
• pump or lid issues after extended use

Once a product has been in use beyond the initial period, responsibility for the product rests with the purchaser.

Products that are:

• safe
• uncontaminated
• and usable

are not eligible for full replacement or exchange, even if a packaging concern arises.

Orders will ship from our store in Louisiana with 1 - 2 business days after they are placed, not including weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary by shipping carrier. If you have questions or concerns about your shipment once it has left our facility, you can contact USPS here for further questions about shipping times and lost shipments.
