HOW TO USE

AM + PM: Apply a small amount to the eye and neck areas.

Eye area: use your ring finger and tap gently, and rub in circular motions sweeping across brow bone and areas where crow's feet become visible.

Neck: sweep upward with light pressure.

Apply before your moisturizer.
